Just who its designers were is a question none have received a decent answer to.
Upon re-encountering the Dragon's Crown, the flagship was found to be stocked with 500 pristine suits of this aegis although its creators were nowhere to be found.

Heavier plates are replaced with better alloys, a better structural design and overall integrity of the suit. The mithril distribution and reflex integration are four to five times improved. Sensor, environmental, and combat awareness capabilities of the helmet are, in the words of those who have been given a suit, perfect.

This is the true war suit.

The shape of the helmet, resembling a serpent's cowl, has been updated to incorporate improved sensor suits and coverage as well as a much more efficient rebreather and filtration sytem.

The reactor pack has upgrades similar to those found in the Endymion Aegis but with twice the reflex pylon load and is more efficient overall.

The reactive distributer studs on the shoulder plates include perfected versions of the experimental distributer spikes Neshaa used in the Dragon's Nest, now able to provide a full cloaking or mirage effect for a short time without overloading.
